Hey there.

Just getting up and running. While you're here, you can check out our lovely disclaimers stolen outright (I think without violating copyright) or our one stolen article, Abortion Manual stolen for a good cause. The material in Flu Kit is not stolen, but archived here with permission. Yay!

Also, feel free to add material to the Survival Links page. There is also a Rebuilding Civilization page which is extra silly given if you needed to rebuild civilization, the web would not be around, but it serves to point to resources or resources similar to ones you should already have cached if you're planning on imminent collapse.

There are now categories. You can use the categories to figure out where articles are. New article creators should insert appropriate category tags into their text if possible, or ask for help about how to do that.

Please see Malcolm's user page for instructions on getting an account (you can also look there for a changelog of changes made to the default Wiki configuration), which you will need to create any articles or change any existing articles. This is not some control freak thing, but because I'm not interested in giving free reign to spammers.

Also also, the Help:Contents page has a link to the MediaWiki User's Guide.

Just added a Geek Survival section, which is what I know well - how to use and manage your geeking activities responsibly. I'll keep adding links/material to the rest of the Wiki as I find them, but this is likely to be the most active area of contribution from Malcolm.
